Adeline Witt
Adeline Renata Witt, 93, of Mineral Wells, TX, died Thursday, December 19, 2002 in a Mineral Wells hospital. Mrs. Witt was born February 25, 1909 in Mound Prairie, MN, the daughter of Ferdinand and Minnie Selke Goede. She married Lloyd Witt, January 25, 1930 in Winona, and he preceded her in death October 27, 1976. She lived in the Caledonia area from 1930-1963 when they moved to Mineral Wells. She was a member of the St. Mark Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Delone and Freddie Gonzales and Berdonna and Joe Gomez of Mineral Wells; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Fern Tracy of Venice, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Harley and Violet Goede of Houston; and two nieces and two nephews.
Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 21, at the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel, Pastor Pat Asher officiating, with burial in the Woodland Park Cemetery.
