Robert Schutz
Robert J. Schutz, 79, of Caledonia, died Wednesday, December 25, 2002 at The Lutheran Home, Caledonia. He was born February 5, 1923 in Winnebago township, Houston County, to Peter and Kate (Stoltz) Schutz. He farmed all of his life at the Schutz family farm in Winnebago Township.
He is survived by two brothers, Leo and Earl of Caledonia; sister-in-law, Philamanie (Butch) Schutz of Caledonia; nieces and nephews; and grand-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Arnold and Lawrence.
Mass of Resurrection is at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 28, at St. Maryís Catholic Church, Caledonia. Father Donald J. Schmitz will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Caledonia. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday at McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia, where a prayer service is at 7:30. Friends may also call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Saturday.
