Susan Britain
Susan Lynn Britain, 24, of Caledonia, MN, and formerly of Spring Grove, died Thursday, February 14, 2002, at Gundersen/Lutheran Health Services, La Crosse, WI, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born July 19, 1977, in Caledonia to Norval and Janet (Templeton) Britain. Susan was a lifelong Spring Grove area resident and graduated in 1996 from Spring Grove High School.
She was presently employed at Mediascope in Winona.
Susan is survived by her parents; two brothers, Ron and his lifelong friend, Vicki, Winona, and Jim, La Crescent; two sisters, Lori ( Danley) Johnson, Spring Grove, and Jenny (Terry) Rasmussen, Mabel; paternal grandmother, Lorraine Britain, Waukon, IA; three nephews; two nieces; and her boyfriend, Jason Stables of Caledonia. She is also survived by her dog, Ole.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, and her paternal grandfather.
Services were held Monday, February 18, 1 pm, at Calvary Evangelical Free Church of Spring Grove with burial in the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Spring Grove. Pastor Dick Wohlgemuth officiated. Friends called Sunday from 2-5 pm at Roble Funeral Home in Spring Grove and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
