Police seek escapee

Frank Lynn Low, 39, of Hokah escaped from work release on March 14, 2002.
As of Monday, March 25, Low has not been found.
He was serving a 365 day sentence in the Houston County jail for first degree DWI. He began serving it on September 14. His work released privileges were suspended for two weeks in December when he tested positive for alcohol after returning to jail.
He was working at Crest Pre-Cast in La Crescent when he escaped.
