Guilty plea entered in embezzlement

Susan Schwebach, Caledonia, pled guilty before Judge David S. Doty in Federal Court on August 27 to a felony charge of bank embezzlement.
According to the U.S. Attorneyís office in Minneapolis, Schwebach has admitted to embezzling $68,000 from Community First Bank, Caledonia between April 2, 1998 and August 19, 1999. She was an employee of the bank at the time.
Schwebach is represented by Joseph Hammell, Caledonia. She is free on a $25,000 bond and will be sentenced in October.
