The Food Shelf Needs Your Help!

The Semcac Food Shelf, which serves families throughout Houston County, is desperately low on food items. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Local groups are encouraged to organize a food drive. Garden produce also welcome.
Donations may be brought to the food shelf at 138 E. Main in Caledonia on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm For further information on specific needs, call 724-3677.
In August, 196 Houston County households and 503 individuals were sustained by the Food Shelf. 16 families in emergency situations were served.
