Cody Allen Proulx

Cody Allen Proulx, 5-day old son of Gregory Proulx and Ashley Meyer of Houston, died Monday, September 16 at St. Maryís Hospital, Rochester.

He was born Wednesday, September 11 at Franciscan-Skemp Medical Center, La Crosse, WI.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, David and Gwen Meyer of Houston; paternal grandmother, Valerie (Rocky) Borck of La Crosse; maternal great-grandparents Larry and Phyllis Duxbury and Eleanor Meyer, all of Caledonia; paternal great grandmother Jeanne Raines-Tracy of Sparta; paternal step-great-grandfather Alvin Borck of Hokah; and maternal great-great-grandmother Caroline Olson-Thompson of Blair, WI; aunts and uncles, and many other relatives.

Cody was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Gary Meyer; paternal great-grandfather, Clyde Raines; and cousin Marie Meyer.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 18 at 5:30 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Caledonia. Rev. Rolf T. Storlie will officiate. Burial will be in the Stone Church Cemetery, Houston.

Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until time of service. The Haugen-Roble-Jandt Funeral Home, Caledonia is in charge of arrangements.
