Lew Charles Kelly, 32, of Plymouth, MN, and formerly of Spring Grove, MN, died suddenly, Thursday, April 17, 2003. He was born September 23, 1970, in La Crosse, WI, to Charles and Lois (Herda) Kelly. He was a 1989 Houston High School graduate and a 1993 graduate of Luther College, Decorah, IA. On June 19, 1998, he married Keely Glasrud, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring Grove. Lew enjoyed hunting, fishing, anything to do with the outdoors, and spending time with his family. He had worked as a history teacher, football coach and choir director for the Spring Grove Public School. He was also the church organist at Trinity Lutheran Church for ten years. He had currently been working as a Financial Planner with First State Investments of Buffalo, MN. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring Grove. Survivors include his wife, Keely, of Plymouth; his mother, Lois Kelly, Brownsville; one daughter, Grace Alexandra, at home; one brother, Paul (Natasha) Kelly, Pensacola, FL; two sisters, Sara Kelly, of Sante Fe, NM; and Joy (Jamie) Rockwell, of La Crosse. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles, and his grandparents. Services will be held Tuesday, April 22 at 2 p.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring Grove. Burial will be in the Trinity Church Cemetery. Pastor Zane Anderson will officiate. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall and one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
