Debra Rozek

Debra J. (Davis) Rozek, 47, of Winona, MN, died on Saturday, April 26, 2003 at Lake Winona Manor. She was born on May 4, 1955 in Virginia, MN, the daughter of Marion L. and Beverly J. (Pickar) Davis. She was united in marriage with Robert Rozek on April 6 in Winona.

Debraís family and friends were a very important part of her life, and she never forgot anyoneís birthday or anniversary. She will be lovingly remembered for the care and concern which she showed to others. This was especially shown in her chosen profession as a Registered Nurse, and the twenty plus years that she spent caring for patients at Community Memorial Hospital.

In her spare time, Debra enjoyed crafts and sewing. She was an avid sports fan-especially of the Packers. Debraís favorite sporting events were those where her children were involved.

Debra is survived by her husband, Robert Rozek, Winona; sons, Ryan and Jay Rozek, Winona; parents, Marion and Beverly Davis, Caledonia; two sisters, Mamie (Jerry) Pronschinske, Winona; Tammy Davis, Trempealeau, WI; one brother, Cal (Vicky) Davis, Braidwood, IL; five nephews; four nieces; five great-nephews; three great-nieces; as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Abraham; and by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at Living Light Church. Burial will follow in St. Maryís Cemetery. The Reverend Jerry Vanravenhorst and her father, Marion L. Davis, will officiate. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Watkowski-Pronschinske Funeral Home. Friends may call again at the church on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the time of services.
