Mary Boone

Mary (Judi) Ewart Boone, 76, of Yucatan, Mn, died Sunday, March 30, 2003 at her home. She was born February 26, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Willet E. and Maizie (Smith) Judson. She graduated from Short Ridge High School and briefly attended Butler University, both in Indianapolis. She married David E. Boone on August 22, 1967 in Indianapolis. She had lived in the Spring Grove Tri-State area since 1970.

In the 1950ís she was a China buyer for the LS Ayres Company. She was a seamstress and a diehard Cubs fan and was also a specialist in Interior Design.

Survivors include her husband David; one son, Patrick Boone, Yucatan; one daughter, Ann Marie Klinger, Dakota; and one brother, James (Mary) Judson, Pisqua Forest, NC.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Stephen T. Patterson and John Judson McGrody.

There will be a celebration of her life at the David Boone residence at 22254 Creamery Drive in Yucatan on Saturday, April 5, from 4-8 p.m. Roble Funeral Home of Spring Grove is in charge of arrangements.
