Posted: 8/25/03 Jeffrey LynchJeffrey Scott Lynch, 40, died Monday, August 18 at his home in Rochester. He was born October 17, 1962 to Francis ìBudî and Marian (Flannery) Lynch of Houston. Jeff married Julie Lovik at their home in Rochester on June 19, 2003 after being together for 13 years. Jeff lived in Rochester since 1984, and was a self-employed contractor. He held a second-degree black belt from the Park Institute for Tai Kwon Do. He previously majored in aeronautical engineering in Winona. Jeff is survived by his wife, Julie of Rochester; his mother, Marian Lynch of Houston; his ëCookie Grammaí, Esther Lynch of La Crescent; his best friends and brothers, Tim of La Crescent and Brian (Beth) of Houston; sisters, Karen (Nawaf) AlSharif of Minneapolis, Kathy (Tom) Oldenburg of Hokah, and Kelly (Mike) Beckman of Houston; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and godparents. He was preceded in death by his Dad, ìBudî Lynch; his Grandpa Hugh Lynch; Grandma Helen and Grandpa William Flannery; his cousins, David, Joey and Linda; and his Aunt Mitzi and Uncle Dick. Services were held at 11 am, Thursday, August 21 at St. Peterís Catholic Church in Hokah, with Rev. Paul J. Breza officiating.
