Nicole Mary Rosendahl

Nicole M. Rosendahl, 30, of Cresco, IA died Thursday, May 1, 2003 at her home in Cresco. She was born on July 24, 1972 in Albequerque, NM, the daughter of Greg Rosendahl and Diane (Felten) Rosendahl. She was baptized at St. Maryís Catholic Church in Caledonia and confirmed at St. Patrickís Catholic Church in Waukon, IA. She attended St. Patrickís Elementary School and graduated from Waukon High School in 1990. She married Chad Kleve at St. Patrickís Catholic Church in Waukon in 1992 and moved to Glendale, AZ. Following her divorce, she moved to Galveston, TX where she worked at University Hospitals. She later moved to Calmar, IA where she graduated from NICC with her registered nurse degree in 2001.

Nicole lived in New Hampton, IA for a time while she worked at Allen Hospital in Waterloo, IA and for the past year has lived in Cresco and worked at Olmsted County Medical Center in Rochester. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include two daughters: Ashley Rosendahl, Cresco and Taylor Kleve, Charles City; a son, Nathan Kleve, Charles City; her mother, Diane Rosendahl, Caledonia; her father, Greg Rosendahl, Waukon; her step-mother, Shirleen Rosendahl, Waukon and her step-father Richard Bullock, Caledonia; two sisters, Aimee and Jeannie Rosendahl, both of Texas City, TX; two brothers, James Rosendahl, LaMarque, TX and Conrad (Leah) Rosendahl, Waukon; a step-sister, Dawn (Steve) Burr, Lone Tree, IA; a step-brother, Shawn Moe, Waukon; maternal grandparents, Leo and Gloria Felten, Caledonia; and her special friend, Duane Ollendick, Cresco.

She is preceded in death by a step-brother, Richie Bullock; and paternal grandparents, Eddie and Mary Rosendahl.

Services will be held Wednesday, May 7, 11 a.m., at St. Patrickís Catholic Church in Waukon with Rev. Joseph Schneider officiating. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Martin Funeral Home in Waukon, where there will be a 5 p.m. scripture service.
