New owners, new name at True Value

Bjerkeís True Value in Caledonia has new owners and a new name. Tom Bjerke has sold the store to Jim and Pat Jennings.
The new name of the business will be Caledonia True Value. The phone number will stay the same: 507-725-3986. The sale was effective October 13.
Pat will be leaving her job at Caledonia Bakery to work at the store. Jim will work there too part-time, plus keep running the sales barn every Monday at Caledonia Livestock.
Former owner Tom Bjerke said he plans to concentrate more on his Spring Grove store, Bjerke Hardware and Rental. He said in a letter to customers that he was confident that the Jennings would continue to be an important supplier of hardware goods in the future, and he thanked his customers for their support.
