Leo Schutz
Leo Schutz, 86, of Caledonia, died Monday, February 16, 2004, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, LaCrosse, WI. He was born January 24, 1918 in Winnebago Township, Houston County, to Peter and Kate (Stoltz) Schutz. He farmed all his life on the family farm in Winnebago Township.
Leo is survived by a brother Earl of Caledonia; a sister in law, Philamanie (Butch) Schutz of Caledonia; and nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Arnold, Lawrence, and Robert.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am, Thursday, February 19, at St. Maryís Catholic Church, Caledonia. Father Gregory Leif will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Caledonia.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 am Monday at the church before the service. Memorials may be given to The Caledonia Soccer Association.
McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia is assisting the family with arrangements.
