Interviews narrow to three candidatesPosted: 2/24/04 By David Heiller The Caledonia School Board is down to three finalists for the position of school superintendent. The candidates are: ï Anthony Boyer, LeCenter, current superintendent of LeSueur, Minnesota, Schools; ï Bruce Carrier, currently superintendent of Lyman School District in Pesho, South Dakota, where he lives; and ï Mike Moriarty, Brownsville, current superintendent of Mabel-Canton Schools. Boyer and Moriarty will be interviewed on February 25. Carrier will be interviewed on February 27. School board members received about 20 applications, then narrowed the group to these three individuals. Their criteria was the the candidates have experience as a superintendent and that they be licensed in Minnesota. The districtís three principals, Connie Hesse, Brian Doty, and Cory Klabunde, will be present for the final interviews.
