Jeannie Rud
Jeannie Marie Rud, 34, of Caledonia, MN, died Monday February 2, 2004 at Franciscan Skemp Medical Center, La Crosse, WI.
She was bornÝJune 7, 1969, in Madison, WI to David and Donna (Marshall) Troyanek. She attended Western Wisconsin Technical College in La Crosse and she married Steve Rud August 25, 1990 in La Crosse. She enjoyed reading, poetry, writing and nature.
SheÝis survived by her husband Steve, Caledonia; her father, David (Bea) Troyanek, Cheyenne, WY; her mother, Donna Troyanek, Cheyenne; her stepchildren, Laurie, Annie, and Lynn Rud; a brother and a sister, Matthew and Elizabeth Troyanek of Laramie, WY; grandparents, Herman ìButchî and Betty Jean Troyanek and Lyle and Theo Marshall, all of La Crosse; father and mother in law, Earl and Violet Rud, Caledonia; and her special pet Yanni.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 5, at St. Maryís Catholic Church, Caledonia. Father Gregory Leif will officiate and burial will be at a later date at Calvary Cemetery, Caledonia. Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Maryís Church Refurbishing Fund.
McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia is assisting the family with arrangements.
