Johnson/Reining wed April 24
Melissa Jeannette Johnson, daughter of David and Karen Johnson of Dayton, MN and Jacob Michael Reining, son of John and Joan Reining of Brownsville, were married April 24, 2004 at St. John the Baptist Church, Dayton. Father Peter Richards officiated the ceremony.
Maid of honor was Kendra Johnson, sister of bride. Bridesmaids were Melanie Reining, sister of groom; and Pam Kaehler and Missy Prouty, friends of bride. Junior bridesmaid was Jessica Sheehan, cousin of bride. Best man was Tyler Reining, brother of groom. Groomsmen were Trent Johnson, brother of bride, and Heath Dinger and Aaron Wieczorek, friends of groom. Ushers were Neil Schulze, cousin of groom and Chris Huso, friend of bride. Brideís personal attendant was Cindy Olson, godmother of bride.
Melissa graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science teaching degree and is employed at KinderCare in Coon Rapids. Jacob graduated from Winona State University with an exercise science degree (certified personal trainer) and is currently employed at Market Plus Appraisals in Plymouth.The newlyweds vacationed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The couple reside in Becker, MN.
