Wagner Insurance Agency is open for business in its new location in Caledonia.

The agency, which for half a century was located on East Main Street, can now be found further west at the intersection of West Main and Highway 44.

Jack Hauser and Pat Schoh will staff the new office as insurance agents. Jeremy Leis is new to the office and will be selling insurance in addition to processing loans from Eitzen State Bank, which owns Wagner Insurance.

ìThis will make it more convenient for our Caledonia customers,î said Eitzen State Bank President Ron Chamberlin. ìWe already had a good base of customers here.î

A number of banking services from Eitzen State Bank will be offered at the new location, including deposit accounts such as checking, savings, money markets, IRAs and CDs. Currency exchange and money orders will also be available through the Caledonia office. A full-function ATM is located outside the building.

The building, which most recently was a sales office and shop for a car dealer, has been completely remodeled, providing plenty of space and natural light. Wood cabinetry and paneling warm the interior, and a large reception area greets visitors. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8-5:30 p.m.

A grand opening will be held sometime in June.
