Donald J. Voiovich

Donald J. Voiovich, 61, of Caledonia, MN, died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 after a short illness at Valley View Nursing Home, Houston, MN. He was born August 15, 1942 in Caledonia to John L. and Vivian (Wagner) Voiovich. He graduated from Loretto High School in 1960. Don served in the U.S. Marine Corp and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA.

He is survived by his mother Vivian, Rochester; his son Jason (Sammi) Voiovich, St. Paul; two grandchildren; and a sister Marian Voiovich, Rochester.

He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Tom and his grandparents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, May 29, at 11 a.m. at St. Maryís Catholic Church, Caledonia. Father Gregory Leif will officiate and burial with military honors will be in Calvary Cemetery, Caledonia. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday at the church where a rosary will be recited at 10:15 a.m. McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia is assisting the family with arrangements.
