Demorest/Burns
Kay Demorest and Doug Twite, and Harlow and Sandy Demorest, all of Houston, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Julie Marie, to Patrick Robert Burns, son of Marla and Robert Burns of Caledonia. Julie is a 1999 graduate of Caledonia High School and a 2002 graduate of Western Wisconsin Technical College. She is employed at First Federal Bank in La Crosse.
Patrick is a 1997 graduate of Caledonia High School. He is currently employed at the Houston County Highway Department. An October 23rd wedding is planned at St. Maryís Catholic Church in Caledonia.

Sauer/Kleinfeldt
Aubrey Sauer, daughter of Ann Sauer, Caledonia, and Ron Sauer, Brownsville, is engaged to Matthew Kleinfeldt, son of Linda and Robert Kleinfeldt, Trempealeau, WI.
Aubrey is employued by the Radisson and Piggyís, both in La Crosse. Matthew is employed by Trane, La Crosse. An October 9 wedding is planned.

Emery/Staggemeyer
Ken and Linda Emery and Brad and Kristy Staggemeyer, all of Carlinville, IL, and Dave and Betty Tostenson of Mabel announce the engagement of their children, Gayle Emery and Adam Staggemeyer, both of Carlinville. The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Carlinville High School and a 2004 graduate of Bradley University with a bachelorís degree in art photography. The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Carlinville High School and a 2003 graduate of Bradley University with a degree in civil engineering. A November 6th wedding is planned.
