BOYS BASKETBALL: The Caledonia boys basketball team (4-1) put two more wins in their cash register last week.
They beat Fillmore Central in Harmony 68-59 on December 20, then did the same at Mabel-Canton on December 22, 87-73. Caledonia has now won four straight games after a season-opening loss to Spring Grove.

GIRLS BASKETBALL: Caledoniaís girls basketball team got back on the winning track on December 20 with a 56-49 home victory over Fillmore Central.
The victory stopped a three game losing streak and gave the Warriors a 4-3 record.

WRESTLING: Caledonia/Spring Grove/Houston is heading into The Clash wrestling tournament in Rochester this week with a loss to Dover-Eyota.
The Eagles came back to beat the Warriors 39-27 in the first home meet in Caledonia on December 22.
The loss followed a 62-3 Caledonia thrashing of La Crescent on December 21 in La Crescent.
GYMNASTICS:The Caledonia/Spring Grove gymnastics team had its first win of the season last Thursday, December 22. The girls outscored host team Wabasha-Kellogg 117.1 to 109.475.
Junior Karly Misch was in top form and ended the meet with a first place finish in three events and took the all-around title. C/SG won as a team in all four events.
