Winter storm creates havoc on roads, disrupts plans
With up to 13 inches of snow expected to usher in the weekend, a number of local events have been cancelled or rescheduled. If you have plans, call ahead. Travel will remain treacherous through Saturday. Temperatures are expected to remain below freezing throughout the weekend. Winds of up to 25 mph are expected.
