Ruf/McKay
Willie and Helen Ruf of Chippewa Falls, WI., and Milford and Vicki McKay of Houston announce the engagement of their children, Rachel Ann to Todd James.
The bride-to-be graduated from Winona State University in 2001 with a BS degree in teaching. She is a second grade teacher at the Cambria-Friesland School District and also coaches volleyball and softball.
Her fiancee is a 1998 graduate of Upper Iowa University with a BS degree in teaching. He is a business education teacher at Reedsburg Area High School and coaches wrestling and softball.
A June 11 wedding at St. Peterís Catholic Church in Tilden, WI, is planned.
King/Aasum
Kristin King, daughter of Gordon and Kathy King, Caledonia, is engaged to Chad Aasum, son of Randy and Jolene Aasum, Caledonia, and Jeff and Marie Rossin, Winona.
Kristin is employed at ABLE, Inc. in Caledonia and is attending NICC in Calmar, IA. Chad is employed at Eversole Motors Inc., La Crosse.
A May 21 wedding is planned.
