Caledonia man faces sexual assault charges
An 18-year old Caledonia man was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct on October 6.
Enrico Anthony Joseph ìA. J.î Bostone allegedly molested a boy on two occasions in June of 2005 at another residence. The boy was 12 the first time and 13 the second time, according to the criminal complaint.
The Caledonia Police Department received an intake report on September 22 from the Houston County Department of Human Services regarding possible sexual misconduct occurring against the juvenile.
Count 1 is a first degree charge because Bostone was more than 36 months older than the alleged victim. It has a maximum penalty of not more than 30 years in prison and/or $40,000 fine.
Count 2 is a third degree charge because Bostone was more than 24 months older than the alleged victim. It carries a penalty of not more than 15 years in prison and/or a $30,000 fine.
Bostone is presently in the Houston County Jail in Caledonia. His bail is $86,000 conditional and $43,000 unconditional. His next court appearance is October 12 at 9 a.m. in Third District Court in Caledonia.
