City extends clean-up week
The cityís annual spring clean-up has been extended by one week. An ad was published in The Argus on April 12 which announced the dates for the clean-up as April 17 through April 24. At its April 10 meeting, the city council decided to run the clean-up through April 30. The change was made too late to include in the advertisement. The city will pick up leaves, clippings, sticks, branches and other vegetation that is placed in bags or cardboard boxes and set on the curb.
