Mildred W. Fruechte
Mildred W. Fruechte, 91, Swanville, MN, died February 7, 2006 at her residence in Swanville.
Mildred was born August 12, 1914 in Dorchester, IA to the late Henry & Lucy (Paus) Weber. She was united in marriage to Herbert Fruechte on February 8, 1933 at the Little Brown Church in the Vale located in Nashau, IA. Mildred was a member of the Swanville Senior Center, St. Peterís Lutheran Ladies Aid, Triple E Homemakers Club and taught Sunday School for over 25 years.
Mildred is survived by son, William (Sharon) Fruechte of Albany, MN; daughter, Joyce (Clayton) Rosty of Swanville; brother-in-law, Ewald Fruechte of Waukon, IA; sister-in-law, Olga Thomas of Sleepy Eye, MN; daughter-in-laws, Carolyn Fruechte of Swanville, Barbara Fruechte of Solna Beach, CA; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Burton Fruechte and Rodney Fruechte; and sister, Mabel Schroeder.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at St. Peterís Lutheran Church in Swanville with Pastor John Grien officiating. Burial will be in St. Peterís Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, February 10, at the church and from 1-2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, also at the church.
