Schroeder, Danielson plead guilty
Keith Allen Schroeder, 23, Caledonia, pled guilty to motor vehicle use without consent on October 26.
Two other counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle were dropped in the plea agreement.
Schroeder is scheduled for sentencing on December 4 at 2 p.m. in Third District Court in Caledonia.
Schroeder and Stanley George Colsch, 25, no known address, were charged with car thefts that occurred on August 15 in Caledonia and Spring Grove.
Schroeder is currently in the Fillmore County County Jail. Colsch is currently in jail in in Elkader, Iowa.
Danielson pleads guilty
Jonathan Wayne Danielson, 37, Caledonia, pled guilty on November 1 to two charges related to a September 7 incident.
He pled guilty criminal vehicular operation resulting in substantial bodily harm, and violation of harassment restraining order, a gross misdemeanor.
Five other counts were dropped in the plea agreement.
Judge James Fabian also revoked Danielsonís previous release conditions and ordered him to be held without bail until sentencing on November 21 at 2:45 p.m.
Danielson was arrested after he drove his Chevrolet Blazer home from a bar and tipped it on its side on County Road 249. A neighbor pulled the vehicle upright with his tractor. Family members called 911 for an ambulance after he and his passenger, Elizabeth Danielson, arrived home at 20608 Jefferson Road. Elizabeth Danielson was taken by ambulance to Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. Elizabeth was married to Jonathanís father, Ron Danielson, at one time.
Hearing waived
The timeline for a hearing for a student charged with making terroristic threats has been waived.
Jamie Lee Acker, 17, Caledonia was charged with making terroristic threats, a felony, on October 18.
A hearing date will be set following the outcome of a doctorís appointment.
Acker threatened to beat up a teacher and to kill himself at Caledonia High School on October 17, according to a criminal complaint.
