Raymond Klinski
Raymond E. Klinski, 80, of Caledonia, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Gundersen-Lutheran Medical Center, La Crosse.
He was born September 5, 1926, inÝUnion Township, rural Caledonia, to Emil and Amalia (Schultz) Klinski. On September 5, 1950 Raymond married Joyce Kuecker at St. Peterís Ev. Lutheran Church, Union Township. Together they farmed in Union and Mayville townships for many years. On May 12, 1998, Joyce preceded Raymond in death. Raymond was a longtime member of St. Peterís Evangelical Lutheran Church in Union Township and was currently a member of St. Johnís Evangelical Lutheran Church in Caledonia.
Survivors include four sons, Allen (Beth), Steve (Diane), Mark (Patricia), and Richard (Judy), all of Caledonia; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Muriel Wiemerslage and Norma Kuecker, both of Caledonia; a brother-in-law, David Kuecker of La Crosse; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Alice Schauble; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Johnís Ev. Lutheran Church, 650 N. Kingston St., Caledonia. Rev. Jon Wolff will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peterís Cemetery, Union Township. Friends may call at Haugen-Roble-Jandt Funeral Home, Caledonia, on Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials are preferred to the St. Peterís Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
