Six Warrior gridders named
All-Three Rivers Conference

The 2007 State Class AA Football Champion Caledonia Warriors placed six players on the Three Rivers Conference First Team, and four were honored by the Associated Press. Dan Muenkel was named TRC Offensive Lineman of the Year. The other five All-TRC selections included Kody Moore, Zach Gran, Cody Petersen, Kevin Voight, and Andy Bauer.
Offensive Lineman of the Year
Dan Muenkel, a senior, anchored the Warrior offensive line and also was a defensive standout. He had 35 solo tackles, 26 assists, one deflected pass, one forced fumble, one quarterback sack, and also returned one punt for six yards. Muenkel was also named Minnesota High School Associated Press Honorable Mention.
Kody Moore
Warrior quarterback Kody Moore completed 117 passes in 228 attempts for 2,003 yards and 24 touchdowns. He also rushed 43 times for 77 yards and four TDs. He was intercepted 11 times.
Moore was also named Minnesota High School Associated Press Honorable Mention. He is a senior.
Zach Gran
A senior tailback, Zach Gran racked up 1,965 all-purpose yards for the Warriors in 14 games. He had 1,090 yards rushing on 181 carries and 525 yards receiving on 24 catches good for 20 touchdowns and two two-point conversions. Gran was also a defensive standout with 45 solo and 27 assisted tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. Gran was also named Minnesota High School Associated Press Honorable Mention.
Cody Petersen
Cody Petersen rushed for 1,234 yards and 11 TDs on 193 carries. the senior runningback was also named Minnesota High School Associated Press Honorable Mention.
Kevin Voight
Senior defenive tackle/tight end Kevin Voight had 18 catches for 114 yards and two TDs. On defense, Voight had 21 solos, 19 assisted tackles and three quarterback sacks for a 44-tackle total. Voight also had one fumble recovery.
Andy Bauer
Andy Bauer, the only junior of the six TRC honorees, had 1,454 total yards for the Warriors. He caught 44 passes for 914 yards and 14 TDs. Bauer had 19 punt returns for 322 yards, and 11 kick-off returns for 198 yards. He also rushed three times for 20 yards.
Bauer was also a defensive back, who had 50 tackles, six interceptions and one force fumble.

Rushing:
Alex Schiech had 89 yards on 32 carries, Pat Bolduan had 53 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries, Lonnie Hudson had 76 yards o 15 carries, Bobby Augedahl had 10 yards on one carry and Trent Meyer had five yards on one carry.
Receiving:
Dustin King had 20 catches for 206 yards and two touchdowns, Tyler Stemper had 82 yards and one TD on six catches, Lee Burg had four catches for 71 yards, Bolduan had 33 yards on our catches, and Isaac Fruechte had 33 yards on four catches.
Kicking:
Ryan Goetzinger punted 47 times for 1,552 yards, which was a 33-yard per punt average.
Defensive leaders:
Senior Mitch Meiners led the Warriors with 110 tackles. He had 60 solos, 45 assists, and five sacks. Meiners also had three fumble recoveries. Dustin King was second in tackles with a 91 total. He had 48 solos, 41 assists, and two sacks, to go along with two fumble recoveries and one interception.
Tyler Stemper had 75 tackles, five interceptions and one fumble recovery, Casey Bauer had 72 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery, Goetzinger had 71 tackles, a team-leading seven interceptions, one sack, one fumble recovery, and one forced fumble.
Junior Eddie Hodges led the team with 13 sacks. He had 69 total tackles, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. Isaac Fruechte had 46 tackles, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumble.
Team stats
The Warriors finished the season with a 13-1 record. Their only loss was a 14-13 defeat at the hand of the Southland Rebels. They out-scored their opponents 392 to 100, and recorded five shutouts. They racked up 4,602 total yards of offense (2,599 rushing and 2,003 passing), while holding their opponents to 2,631 total yards (1,636 rushing and 995 passing). They turned the ball over 35 times, while recording 51 take-aways for a plus-16 total.
