Stanley Jandro
Stanley Jandro, 84, of Brownsville died in Phoenix, Ariz. on Feb. 1.
He was born March 15, 1922 in Faribault, Minn., the eldest of 13 children of Edward and Elizabeth Jandro. He married Joyce Peterson on Sept. 27, 1944. For 30 years he was the owner and operator of Stanís Bakery in Harmony. On retirement in 1981 he moved to Brownsville.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years; son Michael of Fremont, Calif.; daughters Susan Payne of Castro Valley, Calif., and Linda (Jack) Toring of Fargo, N. Dak.; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass with military guard will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Parker Kohl Funeral Hame is in charge of arrangements.
