Spring Grove man found dead in Mississippi River
The Winona County Sheriffís Office identified Leslie Gordon Eddy, 85, as the man who was found Saturday floating face down along the shoreline by the Dresbach Lock and Dam lookout near La Crescent.
The coroner has yet to release the results of the autopsy, and the Spring Grove manís death is still under investigation, Chief Deputy Ron Ganrude said.
Eddy was a mechanic for over 35 years, including owning his own shop, "Eddyís Auto Service" in Caledonia.
