Jill Withington, daughter of Jerry and Sue Scanlan of Goodhue, Minn., is engaged to David Stemper, son of Eugene and Saverna Stemper of Caledonia.
An April 28 wedding is planned at St. Maryís Catholic Church in Caledonia. A reception will follow at the Four Seasons Community Center, Caleonia.
