Sharon L. Fitting
Sharon L. Fitting, 50, of Money Creek, died on Monday, March 19, 2007, at her home.
Sharon was born on May 24, 1956, in LaCrosse, Wis. to Sherwood and Therese Jean (Mormann) Peterson. She was raised in the Hokah and Houston areas. Sharon graduated from Houston High School in 1974.
On September 27, 1975, she married Rick Fitting in LaCrescent, Minn. Sharon then lived in Money Creek where she lived the remainder of her life. She was employed at Fortress Bank in Houston. Sharon was a member of Ýthe Kingdom Hall of Jehovahís Witnesses in Hokah, Minn.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Rick; mother, Therese Jean Peterson of Houston; son, Jonathan of Money Creek; daughter, Rebecca (Josh) Hamit of La Crescent, Minn.; four brothers: Dale Peterson of Houston; Loran (Rhonda) Peterson of Waterloo, Iowa; Adrian Peterson of Montgomery, Minn.; and Rodney Peterson of Winona, Minn.; two sisters: Cindy (David) Sather of Edmond, Oklahoma; and Corinne (Glenn) Rusert of Lewiston, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her father and an infant sister.
The funeral service was at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, at the Four Seasons Community Center in Caledonia. Burial was in the Money Creek Cemetery in Money Creek.
