Lois Klug
Lois L. Klug, 92, of Caledonia died Sunday, May 13, 2007 at Golden Living Center, La Crescent after a brief stay there.
She was born November 19, 1914 on Peacock Ridge, Houston County to Frank and Mary (Bauer) Witt. She married Lawrence Klug November 29, 1935 in Caledonia. He preceded her in death September 24, 1981.
She is survived by six children: Larry (Joanne) Klug, Omaha, Neb.; Mary Ann (Edward) Cashin, Augusta Ga.; Barbara (special friend Richard) Anderson, West Palm Beach, Fla.; Thomas (Carol) Klug, Racine, Wis.; Timothy (Cindy) Klug, Brownsville, Minn.; and David (Sue) Klug, Longford, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a son Terry, a granddaughter, Jill, a sister Mildred Klug, and a brother Dale Witt.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 17, at McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia. Father Gregory Leif will officiate and burial will be at a later date.
