Donna Falconer

Donna Jean Falconer, 64, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, R.I. after aÝseven month battle with cancer.

Donna was born in Chicago, Ill. and grew up in Janesville, Wis. She resided in La Crescent until June. Donna was a Registered Nurse earning her degree from WWTC. She had been a LPN for many years after having earned her Degree from MPTI in Fond du Lac, Wis. in the early 1980s. Locally she worked for Camp Winnebago and did Home Hospice nursing.

Donna is survived by her four children: Lisa Lyon, Bangor, Maine; Valarie Rankin, North Kingstown, R.I.;ÝAndrew Falconer, La Crescent; and Tyler Falconer, La Crescent; her mother, Helen M. Graham, and brothers Doug (Sharon) Dyle, and Dennis (Suzi) Graham of Janesville, Wis.; two grandchildren; and husbands Jeffrey Lyon, Calif., and John Falconer, LaCrescent.
She was preceded in death by her father Chester Dyle and step-father Thomas Graham; an infantÝbrother John Michael Graham and a husband William Rankin of Saunderstown, R.I.

Services will be inÝLa Crescent at CrucifixionÝChurch the weekend of Sept. 29 with aÝcelebration of Donnaís life at the American Legion after. All are welcome to attend. A family service will follow in Janesville, Wis. Oct. 6.
