Ma Cal Grove Golf Course is open

Thanks to the very mild winter and record-breaking March warmth, the spring season has arrived in the Caledonia area at least two to three weeks early. Area golfers have been reveling in the June-like weather, as nearly every golf course in Southeast Minnesota is now open. The veteran members at Ma Cal Grove claimed the March 13 course opening was the earliest they could ever remember.
