Boys keeping it in the win column

Caledonia got 11 points each from Kyle Sorenson and Austin Bauer when they beat Spring Grove 68-52 in a holiday tournament.

The Warriors improved to 5-1 overall and took a 12 point lead at halftime to cruise to the win. Ten different Caledonia players scored in the game, which saw Caledonia take a 39-27 lead at the break.

On Dec. 21 the Warriors rolled to a 73-35 win at Wabasha-Kellogg with West Spier scoring 13 points, Andrew Kilger scoring 12 and Sorenson adding 10 more in the win.

The Warriors will host Dover-Eyota Jan. 4 and then head to Southland Jan. 8.
