Warrior boys lose by 5 at L-A

The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals got 26 points from Josh Ehlenfeldt as they held on for a 73-68 win over the Caledonia boys Friday night at Lewiston. After posting three wins a week ago the Warriors fell to 11-6 and 8-5 in conference play with the loss.

Sophomore Austin Bauer, Nate Rohrer and Kevin Lapham all scored 14 points for Caledonia and Rohrer added nine rebounds, but the Cardinals held on as Ehlenfeldt led L-A to their sixth win in their last eight games. Nate Reps tossed in 15 points and 10 rebounds and Jay Sommers also scored 15 for the Cardinals in the win.

The Caledonia boys hosted Wabasha-Kellogg Tuesday and will travel to Dover-Eyota Thursday night
