Chief Robert Schuldt of the Hokah Police Department announced March 18 that criminal charges have been filed on two individuals believed to have been involved in the burglary of 7 Rivers Surplus on Feb. 20 and Hokah Hardware on March 4.
Schuldt said the investigation utilized a Hokah Facebook page, which provided tips, along with the use of covert and fixed camera systems.
Devin Scott Garrison, 19 of Rochester, is being held in the Winona County Jail, and Jonathan Russell Loomis, 27 of Rochester, is being held in the Houston County Jail while awaiting trial or bail.
Charges range from felony second and third degree burglary, gross misdemeanor theft and criminal damages to property.
