Neighbors Day is back!

The Caledonia Rotary Club is coordinating its second annual Neighbors Day on Saturday, April 20. This event aims to help the elderly and disabled in the community with raking lawns, trimming shrubs and cleaning outside windows.

If you know of anyone in the city limits that would benefit from this, please contact Caledonia Rotary member Arien O’Heron by email at arieno[email protected] or by telephone at 507-725-8647. Requests are due April 17.

Volunteers are also needed. If you or a group would like to get involved with this community service project and help rake lawns, trim shrubs and clean windows for those that register, please contact O’Heron.

Then, on April 20 between 8 and 9 a.m., volunteer groups can meet in the basement of the city auditorium (entrance through side door) to register, get their assigned houses and pick up supplies. Donuts will be available.

Work will take place from 9 until 11:30 a.m.
