Support for the Caledonia area’s new aquatic center is just $2,000 away from achieving the critical $1.2 million benchmark. When reaching that point in the campaign, the City of Caledonia said it would buy the final plans for the aquatic center.
As of Friday, May 3, $1,194,917.28 has been pledged or paid to this community project!
The well-supported phonathon held April 1 through 9 had 224 people donate, and $58,362 has been received or pledged as of May 3 resulting from the phonathon.
Checks as well as additional pledges have been steadily arriving at the city clerk’s office throughout April and early May supporting the aquatic center capital campaign.

The campaign’s website, sospoolcampaign.com, shows the laser-engraved tile sizes available for gifts of $250 and above. These tiles will be permanently recognized in the Family Aquatic Center Wall of Honor. Donors may choose how their gifts are recognized, as a memorial, in honor of person(s), or in recognition of specific events or accomplishments. Logos may be included.
