Led by a 49 from senior Katie Meyer, the Caledonia/Spring Grove girls golf team sealed up the south division of the Three Rivers Conference with a perfect 8-0 record in conference play.

Due to the insane weather this spring, teams played a shortened season with both conference matches and results from the conference meet counting toward the team’s conference records. On May 20 the team hosted Kingsland at Ma Cal and shot a team score of 219 with Meyer leading the way, followed by Hannah Hendel with a 53, Ashley Gavin adding a 58 and Julie Sand and Claudia Melde shooting 59s.

Kingsland’s Karli Bly earned medalist honors with a 47 and Megan Back added a 63 for Kingsland.

Claire Eglinton shot a 60 to round out the scoring. The Warriors then played in the sub-section at the Bridges in Winona Friday.

For the C/SG junior varsity team Rebeckah Schroeder shot a 64 and Karli Fishbauger added a 69 with Katrina Paulson adding a 71 against Kingsland.
