CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CITY OF CALEDONIA, MN
Travis and Naaren Kingsley, 503 Old Highway Drive, has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Veterinary Clinic in a B-2 Highway Business District in the City of Caledonia.
The Public Hearing is set for 6:15 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2013, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street,
The legal descriptions for these parcels are as follows: Commencing at the SE comer of the SE 1/4 of the SW l/4 of Section 13, Township 102 North, Range 6 West, Houston County, Minnesota, thence North along the Quarter Section line 391.5 feet to the point of beginning, thence West 264 feet, thence North 159.3 feet to the center of Old Highway 44, thence continue North 170.7 feet to the South line of Washington Street, thence East along the South line of Washington Street 162 feet, thence South 34deg.15 East 120.9 feet, thence East 34.0 feet to the Quarter Section line, thence South along the Quarter Section line 230 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.84 acres more less, inclusive of highway right of way.
EXCEPT: Parcel I: a tract of land described as commencing at the point of intersection of the South line of Washington Street in the City (formerly Village) of Caledonia in said County with the Northerly boundary line of the right of way of Old Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 44, running thence West along the South line of said Washington Street to a point 264 feet West of the East line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13 in Township 102 North of Range 6 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, thence South to the Northerly boundary line of the right of way of said Old Trunk Highway No. 44, thence Northeasterly along the Northerly boundary line of said Old Trunk Highway No. 44 to the place of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: Parcel II: A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 102 North, Range 6 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, commencing at the Southeast comer of said SW 1/4; thence North along the Quarter Section line 391.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 264 feet, thence North 100 feet, thence East 264 feet; thence South to the point of beginning. Together with a perpetual easement for ingress and egress intended to run with the land.
