NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING PERMIT
CITY OF CALEDONIA, MN
The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City Of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, October 28, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a Zoning Application submitted by Nick and Emily Bauer, 605 East Center Street, proposing to construct a 1,512 square foot home with a porch and a 676 square foot attached garage.
The legal descriptions for these parcels are as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 of 4th Addition to South Winnebago Estates in the City of Caledonia, Houston County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in Houston County.
This proposal requires consideration of the following variance:
1. A 13 setback variance from the west (front) property line.
