CITY OF CALEDONIA, MN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTERIM USE PERMIT
The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City Of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2014, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a petition to operate a Bed and Breakfast by Jerry Steele at 615 West Washington Street, Caledonia, MN, 55921, in a R-2 Urban Residential District.
The legal description for this parcel is as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 13, T102N, R6W, described as: Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line of State Highway #44 & the Westerly extension of the south line of Washington Street in the City of Caledonia; thence Southwesterly along the Easterly line of said Highway #44, 154.46 feet; thence East 257.04 feet; thence North 150.0 feet to a point on the Westerly extension of the South line of Washington Street; thence West 220 feet to the point of beginning: EXCEPT a tract of land described as commencing at the intersection of East right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway #44 with the South line of Washington Street extended in the City of Caledonia; thence southwesterly 154.46 feet, along the Easterly right of way line of said Minnesota Trunk Highway #44; thence East 25 feet; thence Northeasterly on a line parallel with said Easterly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway #44 to the South line of Washington Street extended to a point 25 feet East of point of beginning; thence West 25 feet to place of beginning.
