You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs attorney an answer to the Complaint, which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Houston, State of Minnesota described as follows:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 103 North, Range 5 West, Houston County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter on an assumed bearing of South 89 deg. 4808 West along the south line of said Northeast Quarter 1321.33 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 deg. 4808 West along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 1321.33 feet to the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 00 deg. 3523 East along the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 53.35 feet; thence North 86 deg. 5908 East 63.84 feet; thence North 86 deg. 1603 East 248.46 feet; thence North 88 deg. 0330 East 199.19 feet; thence North 88 deg 3652 East 95.01 feet; thence North 88 deg. 3626 East 152.51 feet; thence North 89 deg. 0559 East 233.30 feet; thence South 88 deg 4144 East 136.00 feet; thence North 84 deg 5834 East 141.68 feet; thence South 88 deg. 1242 East 53.38 feet to the east line of said Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence South 00 deg. 40 08 West along said East line 93.96 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains 2.39 acres and is subject to any easements, covenants and restrictions of record.
The object of this action is to determine that the Defendants have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or on the above described real property.
NOTICE OF NO PERSONAL CLAIM
No personal claim is made against any of the Defendants in the above-entitled matter.
