The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City Of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2014, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a Zoning Application submitted by Caledonia Haulers, 420 West Lincoln Street, proposing to construct a 90 x 115 (10,350 square foot) addition to the existing building.
The legal description for these parcels are as follows:
Lots 17 and 18, of Block 3, Northside Addition to the City (formerly Village) of Caledonia according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder (formerly Register of Deeds) in and for said County of Houston.
This proposal requires consideration of the following variances:
1. A 30 setback variance from the east (front) property line.
2. A 55 setback variance from northeast property line.
3. An 80 setback variance from north (side) property line.
4. A 4 setback variance from northwest property line.
Interested persons may testify in person at the Public Hearing, by written notice, by agent, or by attorney, and may present evidence in favor of, or in opposition to, the above listed items.
