Two members of the 2013-14 Caledonia girls basketball team have been named to the TRC all-conference team. Samantha Schroeder and Mariah Schroeder, both freshmen, earned honorable mention status from the coaches after the Warriors finished the season 8-18 overall under first-year coach Kevin Klug.
Mariah Schroeder averaged 15.3 points per game, five rebounds and 2.4 steals while Sam Schroeder added 12.5 ppg along with 7.5 rebounds and three steals per game. The duo ranked 1-2 on the Warriors squad in scoring, rebounds and steals with Mariah finishing fifth in the conference in scoring while leading the conference in free throw shooting (126-165, 76.4%).
Sam was ninth in scoring and fifth in rebounding. For freshman, both girls had very good shot selection, Sam shot 53% and Mariah 47.5% good for 6th and 10th in the conference.
