July 14 Hearing-

The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City Of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a Zoning Application submitted by K-Properties, LLC, 425 Vista Drive, proposing to install a 3 x 8 internally lighted sign on a pedestal 17 feet high.
The legal descriptions for these parcels are as follows:
The west ninety-seven and seventy-six hundredths (97.76) feet of the following described Parcel: The Easterly One hundred seventy-seven and seventy six hundredths (177.76) feet of OUTLOT E, Block Five (5), EXCEPT the Easterly Eighty (80) feet thereof, the First Addition to the Foltz Addition to the City of Caledonia, Minnesota, according to the Plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Houston County, Minnesota.
This proposal requires consideration of the following variances:
1. A 30 setback variance from the front (north) property line.
2. An 18 6 setback variance from the side (west) property line.
