The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City Of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, August 25, 2014, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a Zoning Application submitted by SEMA Equipment, 201 North Highway 44/76, proposing to install an electrical pole and mount two 3 x 6 internally lighted signs.
The legal descriptions for these parcels are as follows:
Block 1 of the Betz Addition to the City Of Caledonia and a parcel of land lining within the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 102N, Range 6W, Houston County, Minnesota.
This proposal requires consideration of the following variances:
1. A 76 setback variance from the west property line.
2. A 786 setback variance from the south property line.
